Recently, digital transformation using intelligent information technology is taking place widely in each industry, and online channels utilizing innovative logistics technologies such as fulfillment services for agricultural products are also growing rapidly. In the agricultural product distribution sector, the effectiveness of digital transformation such as reducing logistics costs has been confirmed by promoting a non-faceto- face wholesale transaction pilot project since 2020. As the wave of the 4th industrial revolution spreads like wildfire across all industries, the issue of building advanced production distribution facilities equipped with a system that automates and informatizes the entire process from receipt to shipment of agricultural products based on information and communication technology to produce customized products for customers at minimal time and cost has been urgently raised. As the digital transformation of the agricultural product industry accelerates due to the 4th industrial revolution, attention has been paid to technologies related to digital assets such as metaverse and NFT, and NFT technology is growing mainly in the digital art and game fields, and since all digital content can be turned into assets, the market is expected to have great expandability and growth potential. The use of NFT technology in the agricultural sector enables the digitalization of agricultural products and agricultural assets, and can track ownership and transactions by issuing crops, farmland, and agricultural technologies as NFTs. It can increase the value of agricultural assets, and the value of agricultural assets can be evaluated and traded in the digital asset market through NFTs, which can contribute to the revitalization of the agricultural economy. By building an agricultural product transaction platform, the agricultural product exchange can be integrated with the metaverse to provide a safe and transparent transaction environment. In addition, by tracking agricultural product certification and distribution, the origin, production process, and quality of agricultural products can be certified through the issuance of NFTs, and transaction history can be transparently tracked to increase consumer trust. This study presents a plan to revitalize agricultural product consumption by issuing NFTs based on changes in the agricultural product distribution market and blockchain technology, and derives expected effects.

최근 지능정보기술을 활용한 디지털 전환이 각 산업 분야에서 광범위 하게 이루어지고 있고, 농산물과 관련하여 물류 일괄 대행(풀필먼트) 서 비스 등 혁신적 물류기술을 활용한 온라인 채널도 급성장세에 있다. 농 산물 유통 부문에서도 2020년부터 비대면 도매거래 시범사업을 추진하 여 물류비용 절감 등 디지털 전환의 효과성을 확인한 바 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 물결이 산업 전분야에 걸쳐 들불처럼 파급되면서, 정 보통신기술을 기반으로 농산물의 입고부터 출하까지 전 과정을 자동화· 정보화하여 최소 시간과 비용으로 고객 맞춤형 상품을 생산하는 시스템 을 갖춘 첨단 산지유통시설을 구축하는 문제가 시급하게 제기되었다. 4차산업 혁명으로 농산물 산업에도 디지털 전환이 가속화됨에 따라 메타버스, NFT 등의 디지털 자산에 관한 기술을 주목하게 되었고, NFT 기술은 디지털 아트, 게임 분야를 중심으로 성장하고 있으며, 모든 디지 털 콘텐츠의 자산화가 가능하므로, 시장의 확장성과 성장 잠재력이 클 것으로 전망되고 있다. NFT 기술의 농업 분야 활용은 농산물 및 농업 자산 디지털화를 가능 하게 하며, 농작물, 농지, 농업 기술 등을 NFT로 발행하여 소유권 및 거 래를 추적할 수 있다. 농업자산 가치를 증대할 수 있으며, NFT를 통해 농업 자산의 가치를 디지털 자산 시장에서 평가받고 거래할 수 있음은 물론 이를 통해 농업 경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있다. 농산물 거래 플랫 폼을 구축하여 농산물 거래소를 메타버스와 융합하여 안전하고 투명한 거래 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 농산물 인증 및 유통을 추적함으로써 NFT 발행을 통해 농산물의 원산지, 생산 과정, 품질 등을 인증하고 거래 내력을 투명하게 추적하여 소비자 신뢰를 높일 수 있다. 본 연구는 농산물 유통시장의 변화와 블록체인 기술에 기반한 농산물 의 NFT를 발행하여 농산물 소비를 활성화 하기 위한 방안으로 제시하 고, 그에 대한 기대효과를 도출하였다.
