This study proposes a blockchain-based assessment system for theater and film education in Korean high schools, aligned with the 2025 implementation of the high school credit system. Arts education, which emphasizes creativity and collaboration, remains constrained by subjective evaluations and inefficient record-keeping. To address these challenges, the model introduces a blockchain-enabled digital portfolio, the ‘Culture Wallet’, allowing students to securely store and own their creative works as NFTs. Using standardized rubrics and smart contracts, the system records multi-evaluator assessments immutably on the blockchain, enhancing fairness and transparency. It also addresses structural challenges in public education, such as teacher shortages and resource limitations, by supporting personalized learning pathways. Furthermore, the tamper-proof records in the Culture Wallet provide reliable documentation for college admissions and career planning. Ultimately, this model aims to reposition arts education as a trusted and equitable domain within the education system while fostering students’ digital agency and sustainable cultural growth. By integrating blockchain technology with the high school credit system, this study offers an innovative, student-centered framework for assessing artistic development in secondary education.

현재 공교육에서의 예술교육은 예술에 대한 평가의 주관성과 학생 기록 관리의 비효율성이라는 문제에 직 면해 있다. 특히 연극영화교육은 협력적 창작과 깊이 있는 감성 표현을 통해 인간의 창의성과 공감 능력을 함 양하는 중요한 가치가 있음에도 불구하고 전공교사의 수급과 공간 및 기자재 부족으로 전문화 교육이 어려운 실정이다. 2025년 고교학점제 시행을 통해 학생의 과목 선택권과 자율성이 부여되고 있지만 여전히 예술교육 을 통한 학생 발전에 대한 평가 방식은 미흡하다. 텍스트로만 구성된 생활기록부는 학생의 다면적인 예술적 성 장을 온전히 담아내지 못하기에 진정한 잠재력 발현과 공정한 평가를 기대할 수 없다. 이러한 문제의식을 바탕 으로 이 연구는 블록체인 기술을 활용한 예술교육 평가 시스템의 혁신을 연극영화교과를 모델로 제안했다. 연 구의 핵심은 학생 개개인에게 블록체인 기반의‘문화지갑'을 배부하고, 연극영화 예술 활동의 모든 과정과 결 과물을 NFT로 직접 소유하며 관리하도록 설계했다. 이 모델은 표준화된 루브릭 기반의 다중 평가와 스마트 컨 트랙트를 통해 평가의 공정성과 객관성을 높이는 데 효과적이다. 모든 데이터와 창작 과정을 블록체인에 기록 하면 위변조를 방지하고 학생의 예술 성취 과정에 대한 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다. 이러한 방안은 예술교육 평 가의 진정성을 높이고 학생 활동 이력의 무결성을 보장할 것이다. 나아가 학생 중심의 맞춤형 교육을 지원하는 디지털 포트폴리오로 대입과 진로에 대한 교육적 미래 전략도 제시했다. 이를 통해 오늘날 예술교과 공교육의 한계를 보완하고 모든 학생에게 공정한 예술교육 성과를 보장하며 창의적 인재 양성에 기여하고자 한다.
