Research Purpose: This study aims to develop an educational program for operating a Christian club for creative experiential activities in public middle schools for the purpose of missionary work for middle school students without Christian faith. Research Method: In order to achieve the purpose of the study, literature was first analyzed to analyze the characteristics of general middle school students and educational facilities were also analyzed. Next, five educational goals were derived through needs analysis. Next, learner analysis and educational environment were analyzed to use them as basic data for determining teaching methods. The curriculum was developed to achieve the educational goals, and 12 stages and 38 subfactors were composed. Based on the curriculum, educational content of 12 classes was developed. The validity of the draft educational program was verified using a Delphi expert survey. Conclusion and Suggestion: This study developed an educational program for the public school ministry field for the revival of the next generation, which is mentioned as a crisis of extinction of the Korean church. It is judged that the result of this study is very timely as it provides an effective educational program for the evangelization of public schools. We propose the development of an educational program that can be used in public high schools in the future.

연구 목적 : 본 연구는 기독교 신앙이 없는 중학생들을 대상으로 선교를 목적으로 공립 중학교 창의적 체험활동 기독교 동아리 운영을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위해서 먼저 문헌을 분석해서 일반적인 중학생의 특성을 분석하였고, 교육 시설도 분석하였다. 다음으로 요구분석을 통해서 교육목표 5개를 도출하였다. 다음으로 학습자 분석 및 교육환경은 수업 방법 결정을 위한 기초자료로 사용하기 위해서 분석하였다. 교육과정은 교육목표를 성취하기 위해서 개발하였고, 12개의 단계와 38개의 하위요인이 구성되었다. 교육과정을 기반으로 12차시 규모의 교육콘텐츠가 개발 되었다. 교육프로그램 초안은 델파이 전문가 설문 조사를 사용하여서 타당성을 검증하였다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구는 한국교회의 소멸위기가 언급되는 다음세대의 부흥을 위해서 공립학교 사역 현장을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발한 것이다. 공립학교의 복음화를 위해서 실효성 있는 교육프로그램을 제공한 것은 매우 시의 적절한 연구의 결과로 판단된다. 향후 공립고등학교에서 사용할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발을 제안한다.
