Purpose of Study : The purpose of this study is to propose a plan for the Christian education ministry of small churches through small church association education cases for the recovery of Korean churches and faith education of the next generation. Research content and methods : In the theoretical background, biblical theological grounds and standards for small churches, the characteristics of small churches, and plans for the growth of small churches were summarized, and a case study of the Christian Education Union ministry of small churches was conducted. Case related data were reviewed, three ministers who participated in the ministry were interviewed, and the contents were analyzed. The standards of small churches should be examined in a balanced way both quantitatively and qualitatively, and it was confirmed that small churches still need to perform the essential functions of churches and develop and implement various special ministries that only small churches can do, taking into account their characteristics. Among the growth plans for small churches, there were suggestions for integrating and operating community programs of generations, having a close relationship with other educational institutions, and for union ministry through sharing and cooperation of manpower, facilities, and programs. In order to suggest Christian education plans as a small church union ministry presented as a result of previous studies, the starting point of ministry, the program design and implementation process, the role of leadership and teachers, the effectiveness of the union ministry, the limitations of the union ministry, and proposals for effective operation were summarized. Conclusion and Recommendations : An effective small church union ministry plan was proposed for each element of education. It was proposed that pastors participating in the ministry form close relationships, share the purpose of the ministry, develop a systematic curriculum, grasp information about students, create a holistic educational environment, utilize various methods to express and experience faith, and evaluate them from various aspects.

구 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 한국교회의 회복과 다음 세대의 신앙교육을 위해 작은 교회 연합 교육 사례를 통해 작은 교회의 기독교교육 사역 방안을 제안하기 위함이다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 이론적 배경에서는 작은 교회에 대한 성경적 신학적 근거와 기준, 작은 교회의 특성, 작은 교회의 성장 방안을 정리하였고, 작은 교회의 기독교교육 연합 사역 사례조사를 실시하였다. 사례 관련 자료를 살펴보고 사역에 참여한 사역자 3명을 면담하고 그 내용을 분석하였다. 작은 교회의 기준은 양적인 면과 질적인 면 모두 균형있게 살펴보아야 하며, 작은 교회도 여전히 교회의 본질적인 기능을 다해야 함과 그 특성을 고려하여 작은 교회만이 할 수 있는 다양하고 특수한 사역을 개발하여 시행하여야 할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 작은 교회의 성장 방안 중, 교육과 관련하여 전교인 공동체 프로그램과 세대를 통합하여 운영할 것, 다른 교육기관과 긴밀한 연대감을 가져야 할 것과 인력과 시설, 프로그램 등의 공유와 협력을 통한 연합 사역에 대한 제안이 있었다. 선행 연구 결과 제시된 작은 교회 연합 사역으로 기독교교육 방안을 제시하기 위해 사례를 통해 사역 시작 계기, 프로그램 설계 및 실행 과정, 리더십과 교사의 역할, 연합 사역의 효과, 연합 사역의 제한점, 효과적인 운영을 위한 제안을 정리하였다. 결론 및 제언 : 효과적인 작은 교회 연합 사역 방안을 교육의 요소별로 제안하였다. 사역에 참여하는 목회자들이 친밀한 관계를 형성하고, 사역 목적을 공유하고, 체계적인 교육과정을 개발하고, 학생들에 대한 정보를 파악할 것과 총체적 교육환경을 조성하고, 신앙을 표현하고 경험할 수 있는 다양한 방법을 활용하고, 다각적인 측면에서 평가할 것을 제안하였다.
