In this study, we set up the relationship and hypothesis that the culinary education environment will have a positive effect on learning satisfaction and career decision self-efficacy of high school students enrolled in culinary specialized high schools, and conducted verification of the established research model and hypothesis through empirical analysis. In order to conduct the empirical study, we conducted a survey targeting students enrolled in culinary specialized high schools in Korea. Based on a total of 263 samples, the research model was tested for reliability and validity to verify the hypothesis. In order to verify the research hypothesis, frequency analysis and descriptive statistical analysis such as standard deviation, mean, and percentage were performed using SPSS/WIN statistical program 24.0, and factor analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, and simple correlation analysis were performed. This study analyzed whether the culinary education environment significantly affects learning satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy, and whether learning satisfaction significantly affects career decision-making self-efficacy. Based on the learning satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy of culinary specialized high school students, the necessity of various educational programs was suggested, thereby providing basic data that can help increase student satisfaction and make progress in a direction helpful for career decision-making.

이 연구에서는 조리 교육환경이 조리 특성화고등학교 재학 고등학생의 학습 만족도와 진로 결정 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라는 관계 및 가설을 설정하고, 실증분석을 통해 확립된 연구모형과 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 국내 조리 특성화고등학교 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며 총 263개의 표본을 대상으로 연구모형의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하여 가설을 검증했다. 연구가설 검증을 위해 SPSS/WIN 통계 프로그램 24.0을 이용하여 빈도 분석과 표준편차, 평균, 백분율 등의 기술통계 분석을 실시하였고 요인분석, 타당도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 단순상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 본 연구는 조리 교육환경이 학습 만족도와 진로 결정 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 학습 만족도가 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 조리 특성화고등학교 학생들의 학습 만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감을 바탕으로 다양한 교육프로그램의 필요성을 제시함으로써 학생들의 만족도를 높이고 진로 결정에 도움이 되는 방향으로 나아갈 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다.
