This paper examines the structure and significance of Korea-U.S.-Japan and Korean-Sino-Japan relations, with a particular focus on the interplay through historical-cultural dynamics and geopolitical security. The geopolitical and economic landscape of Northeast Asia is shaped by the historical and cultural influences, as well as the security alliances between South Korea-U.S.-Japan and China-Russia-North Korea relation. Within this framework, the U.S.-Japan-South Korea bloc reinforces regional stability through security partnerships and economic cooperation, while the China-Russia-North Korea alliance navigates global power shifts through strategic coordination, military engagements and economic dependencies. These dynamics unfold within a broader system of trade agreements, environmental initiatives and diplomatic negotiations, all of which play a crucial role of determining regional stability and geopolitical influence, and sometimes even intensifies competition.
