This study analyzed the feedback and experiences of nursing students and faculty members who participated in the first and second rural nursing major-related service learning programs through reflective reports. The program included 5 sessions, each lasting 20 hours, with 48 students and 3 faculty members, benefiting 54 villages and 303 individuals. Participants rated their satisfaction at 98.83 points. Students’ experiences were categorized into three themes: "ambivalence", "rewarding", and "desire for ongoing personal development through nursing major-related service learning." Faculty members experienced "communication," "personal growth," and "gratitude, with a desire to participate again." Based on these experiences, it is necessary to develop various major-linked programs to increase the sustainability of rural nursing major-linked service learning. In addition, industry-academia-research cooperation and university support will be important.

본 연구는 1차, 2차 농촌지역 간호학 전공연계 서비스러닝 프로그램에 참여한 간호대학생과 교수자가 작성 한 성찰일지를 통해 프로그램에 대한 피드백을 수집하고, 그들이 경험한 내용을 분석하였다. 간호학과가 참여한 본 프로그램은 총 5회, 20시간 동안 진행되었으며, 48명의 학생과 3명의 교수자가 참여하였다. 총 수혜 마을은 54개 마을, 수혜 인원은 303명이었으며, 참가자들의 만족도는 평균 98.83점으로 나타났다. 간호대학생들의 경험은 주로 ‘양가감정’, ‘밀려오는 보람’, 그리고 ‘전공 연계 서비스러닝을 통한 나의 발전을 지속하고 싶음’으로 나타났다. 교수자들의 경험은 ‘함께 할 수 있는 소통의 창구’, ‘스스로의 성장’, ‘감사함 그리고 또 다시 참여하고 싶음’으로 표현되었다. 이러한 경험을 바탕으로, 농촌지역 간호학 전공연계 서비스러닝의 지속 가능성을 높이기 위해 다양한 전공 연계 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 이를 실현하기 위한 산·학·연 협력과 대학의 지원이 중요할 것이다.
