This study is a descriptive survey study that attempted to identify the influences on the reproductive health promotion behaviours of nursing students and provide a basis for the development of practice-based nursing education programmes. Reproductive health promotion behaviours were significantly positively correlated with sexual autonomy and sexual awareness, and sexual autonomy (β=.49, p<.001) and sexual awareness (β=.12, p=.010) were the influencing factors of reproductive health promotion behaviours. The explanatory power of the model was 24.1%. This suggests that nursing education should go beyond simple knowledge transfer and that enable individuals to make decisions as sexual subjects and translate sexuality sensitivity into real-life behaviours. It is therefore necessary to develop sexuality education programmes that focus on systematic behaviours that promote reproductive health.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 생식건강증진행위에 미치는 영향을 확인하여, 실천 중심의 간호교육 프로그램 개발 을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. J도 소재의 일개 간호대학생 321명을 편의표집 하였 으며, 자가보고식 설문지를 사용하여 생식건강증진행위의 영향요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 생식건강증진행위는 성적 자율성 및 성인지 감수성과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 생식건강증진행위의 영향요인은 성적 자율성(β =.49, p<.001), 성인지 감수성(β=.12, p=.010) 순으로 나타났다. 모형의 설명력은 24.1%였다. 이는 간호교육이 단 순 지식 전달을 넘어, 개인이 성적 주체로서 의사결정하고 성인지 감수성을 실제 행동으로 연결할 수 있는 교수·학습 전략을 설계해야 함을 시사한다. 따라서 체계적인 생식건강증진행위 중심의 성교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
