This study aims to statistically analyze the scores obtained for each assessment criteria in non-residential buildings certified under the G-SEED(Green Building Certification system). By quantitatively examining preferred criteria, score distributions, and applied technologies in green building design, the study seeks to identify current issues and propose directions for improving and utilizing the certification system. The results reveal clear differences between actively adopted and underutilized assessment criterias. Items with low design application rates were identified as needing improvement, while others showed overlapping content, indicating the need for structural adjustment. These findings are expected to enhance awareness of green architecture and serve as empirical evidence for future improvements to the G-SEED assessment criterias.
