The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships among organizational justice, LMX, organizational silence, and organizational commitment toward college Taekwondo demonstration team members. For this purpose, the population was defined as college Taekwondo demonstration team members, and a convenience sampling method was employed to select the sample. An online survey was developed using a Google forms template, and with the cooperation of team instructors, the survey link(URL) was distributed and responses were collected via mobile devices. A total of 335 valid responses were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed sequentially using SPSS Statistics 29.0 and AMOS 29.0, including correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results are as follows: First, organizational justice had a positive effect on LMX. Second, organizational justice had a negative effect on organizational silence. Third, organizational justice positively influenced organizational commitment. Fourth, LMX had no significant effect on organizational silence. Finally, organizational silence negatively affected organizational commitment.

본 연구의 목적은 대학태권도 시범단원이 지각하는 조직공정성, LMX, 조직침묵, 조직몰입 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 대학태권도 시범단원을 모집단으로 설정하고, 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 연구 표본을 선정하였다. 조사도구로는 구글(Google)에서 제공하는 온라인 설문 템플릿을 활용하여 설문지를 제작하였으며, 시범단 지도자의 협조를 받아 모바일을 통해 설문 URL을 배포하고 응답을 수집하였다. 최종적으로 335부의 유효 표본이 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 29.0과 AMOS 29.0을 활용하여 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석의 순으로 실시되었다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 조직공정성과 LMX 는 정(+)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 조직공정성과 조직침묵은 부(-)적인 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 조직공정성과 조직몰입은 정(+)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 LMX와 조직침묵은 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학태권도 시범단원의 조직침묵과 조직몰입은 부(-)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
