The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between fun and collaboration capabilities of elementary school students participating in Chinese soccer clubs and to verify the mediating effect according to the type of problem-solving confidence to provide implications for collaboration capabilities through sports. From January 15 to February 7, 2023, the subjects of this study were set as the population of elementary school students who belong to professional soccer teams and school teams in Shaanxi, Hebei, Gansu, and Zhejiang, China, and a total of 241 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. AMOS 28.0 and SPSS 28.0 were used for data analysis, and the following results were obtained. First, the fun felt by elementary school students participating in Chinese soccer clubs was found to be a variable that had a positive(+) effect on problem-solving confidence. Second, it was found that the fun gained by participating in a soccer club of Chinese elementary school students had a positive(+) effect on the collaboration capability. Third, it was found that the problem-solving confidence obtained by participating in a soccer club of Chinese elementary school students had a positive(+) effect on the collaboration capability.

본 연구는 중국 축구클럽에 참가하고 있는 초등학생의 재미와 협업역량의 관계를 확인하고, 문제해결 자신감의 유형에 따른 매개효과를 검증하여 스포츠를 통한 협업역량에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 2023년 1월 15일부터 2월7일까지 중국　산시성, 허베이성, 간쑤성, 저장성 등의 프로축구단 소속 및 학교 팀 소속에서 활동하는 초등학생을 모집단으로 설정하여 총 241부의 설문지가 통계분석에 사용되었다. 자료분석은 AMOS 28.0과 SPSS 28.0 을 사용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 중국 축구클럽에 참가하는 초등학생이 느끼는 재미는 문제해결 자신 감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 초등학생의 축구클럽에 참가하면서 얻는 재미는 협업역량 에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 초등학생의 축구클럽에 참가하면서 얻는 문제해결 자신감이 협업역량에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
