This study aims to lay the groundwork for establishing an integrated sports education environment from a new perspective, grounded in an academic inquiry into the fundamental identity and meaning of sports education. To achieve this objective, the Delphi method was employed, involving a panel of 14 experts: one professor and one Ph.D. in sport industry studies; one professor and one Ph.D. in the sociology of sport; one professor and one Ph.D. in sport policy studies; one professor in sports ethics; one professor and one Ph.D. in sport pedagogy; one physical education teacher each from elementary, middle, and high schools; and two practical sports instructors. Through three rounds of Delphi analysis, six key factors—comprising a total of 32 items—were identified as essential components for establishing an integrated sports education environment. These key components are: (1) curriculum content, (2) instructional operation, (3) tools and equipment, (4) evaluation and feedback, (5) intention to continue, and (6) environmental improvement. Based on these components, the study discusses changes in the operational methods of sports education, the enhancement of instructors’ teaching competencies, the design of programs for an integrated sports education environment, and the development of evaluation criteria and instructional methods suitable for non-face-to-face settings.

본 연구는 스포츠 교육의 근본적인 정체성 및 의미 중심의 학문적 고찰을 토대로 스포츠 교육의 가치 실현을 위한 새로운 차원에서의 통합적 스포츠 교육환경 구축 근거 마련에 연구의 목적이 있다. 이에 목적 달성을 위한 연구 방법은 델파이 기법으로 스포츠 경영학 교수 1명과 박사 1명, 스포츠 사회학 교수 1명과 박사 1명, 스포츠 정책학 교수 1명과 박사 1명, 스포츠 윤리학 교수 1명, 스포츠 교육학 교수 1명과 박사 1명, 초·중·고등학교 체육 교사 각각 1명, 스포츠 실기 강사 2명을 대상으로 총 14명의 전문가 집단을 구성하였다. 이에 3차례의 델파이 조사를 통해 통합적 스포츠 교육환경 구축을 위한 구성요인은 6개 요인으로 총 32문항을 채택하였다. 이에 대한 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과목, 둘째, 교육 운영, 셋째, 도구 및 장비, 넷째, 평가 및 피드백, 다섯째, 지속의사, 여섯째, 환경개선이다. 채택된 구성요인에 따라 스포츠 교육 운영 방식의 변화, 지도자의 지도 역량 강화, 통합적 스포츠 교육 환경을 위한 프로그램 설계, 비대면 환경에서의 평가 기준 , 환경조성에 대하여 논의하였다.
