This study aims to analyze the ethical factors of ChatGPT and propose directions for AI ethics education in school settings. To achieve this, a survey was conducted with 224 university students who have used ChatGPT, analyzing group differences based on gender, age, academic year, computer proficiency, and ChatGPT usage experience. The results revealed significant differences in perceptions of fairness and autonomy across academic years, as well as differences in fairness perception based on gender and age. Additionally, a five-point Likert scale was used to measure the level of agreement on ethical concerns related to ChatGPT, and open-ended responses were categorized to extract specific ethical issues. The analysis identified key ethical concerns of ChatGPT, including misinformation, inadequate privacy protection, biased information learning and provision, increased user dependency, and a lack of information reliability. This study provides a detailed analysis of ChatGPT's ethical challenges and proposes AI ethics education strategies to ensure the ethical use of AI technology in educational environments.

본 연구는 ChatGPT의 윤리적 요인을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 학교 현장에서의 AI 윤리 교육의 방향을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 ChatGPT를 사용해 본 대학생 224명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 성별, 나이, 학년, 컴퓨터 기술 숙련도 및 ChatGPT 사용 경험에 따른 집단 간 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공정성과 자율성 항목에서 학년별 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 성별 및 나이에 따른 공정성 인식에서도 차이가 확인되었다. 또한, ChatGPT 사용에서 나타날 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 도출하기 위해 5점 리커드 척도를 활용하여 동의 수준을 측정하고, 응답 이유에 대한 서술형 응답을 유목화하였다. 분석 결과, ChatGPT의 주요 윤리적 문제로는 잘못된 정보 제공, 개인정보 보호 미흡, 편향된 정보 학습 및 제공, 사용자 의존성 증가, 정보의 신뢰성 부족 등이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 ChatGPT의 윤리적 문제를 구체적으로 분석하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 AI 윤리 교육 방향을 제시함으로써 AI 기술이 교육 환경에서 윤리적으로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데 기여할 것이다.
