The purpose of this study is to identify the trends of school violence victimization research on multicultural adolescents in South Korea using topic modeling(LDA) and provide implications for future research directions. From 2012 to 2024, term frequency(TF), term frequency-inverse document frequency(TF-IDF), and topic modeling(LDA) analysis were conducted on 73 Korean abstracts and keywords related to school violence among multicultural adolescents published in South Korea academic journals and dissertations. As a result of the study, the number of studies on school violence victimization for multicultural adolescents showed an increasing trend as of 2018, and the most was conducted in 2021 and 2023. Next, keywords with high word frequency were discrimination, society, victimization, group bullying. As a result of the word importance analysis, delinquency, fear, and stress showed high importance. Finally, as a result of topic modeling, it was confirmed that the focus of the study was on external social problems experienced by multicultural adolescents in the early stages, but gradually the subject has shifted to the aspect of psychological and emotional adaptation. Based on these findings, the direction of further research on the victimization of multicultural adolescents to school violence was suggested.

본 연구는 토픽모델링(LDA)을 활용하여 다문화 청소년 대상 학교폭력 피해 국내 연 구 동향을 파악하고 향후 연구 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 2012년 부터 2024년까지 국내 학술지 및 학위논문에 게재된 다문화 청소년 학교폭력 피해 관 련 연구 73편의 국문 초록 및 키워드에 대하여 단어빈도(TF), 단어중요도(TF-IDF), 토 픽모델링(LDA) 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화 청소년 대상 학교폭력 피해 연 구는 2018년을 기준으로 증가하는 추세를 보였으며, 2021년과 2023년에 가장 많이 이 루어졌다. 다음으로, 단어빈도가 높은 키워드는 차별, 사회, 피해, 집단괴롭힘 등으로 나타났다. 단어중요도 분석 결과, 비행, 두려움, 스트레스 등이 높은 중요도를 보였다. 끝으로, 토픽모델링 결과 초기에는 연구의 초점이 다문화 청소년이 경험하는 외부적 사회문제에 있었지만, 점차 심리적, 정서적 적응 측면으로 주제가 이동하였음을 확인 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 다문화 청소년의 학교폭력 피해 관련 시사점을 논 의하고, 추후 연구 방향을 제언하였다.
