Accordingly, the study was conducted by establishing a sample of primary caregivers in a facility located in the northern region of Gyeongbuk. The collected data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and multimodal effect analysis using SPSS, AMOS 21.0, and Process Macro Model 4. The results of the analysis showed that, first, the level of job stress experienced by institutionalized foster caregivers had a negative effect on parenting attitudes, job identity, and positive psychological capital. Second, job identity and positive psychological capital as mediating variables had a mediated relationship with parenting attitudes. be convenient.
