If you use the font style, letter size, and line space offered in this box, it would The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct causal relationship between job stress experienced by institutionalized foster caregivers and their job identity, positive psychological capital, and parenting attitudes, and to test the multiple mediating effects of job identity and positive psychological capital. Accordingly, the study was conducted by establishing a sample of primary caregivers in a facility located in the northern region of Gyeongbuk. The collected data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and multimodal effect analysis using SPSS, AMOS 21.0, and Process Macro Model 4. The results of the analysis showed that, first, the level of job stress experienced by institutionalized foster caregivers had a negative effect on parenting attitudes, job identity, and positive psychological capital. Second, job identity and positive psychological capital as mediating variables had a mediated relationship with parenting attitudes. be convenient.
