Objective: This study used data from the 2021 Community Health Survey to search 8,765 adults aged 19 years or older diagnosed with the virus to analyze factors influencing of infection control education by occupational classification as oncology. Methods: Data analysis was performed using SPSS 29.0. Frequency analysis was performed to analyze the general characteristics of the study subjects, and cross-analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between the general characteristics and the completion of diabetes-related education. Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors influencing the completion of diabetes management education. Results: The results of this study showed that the rate of non-completion of diabetes management education was higher among service workers, sales workers, agricultural, forestry, and fishery workers, skilled workers and related skilled workers, equipment, machine operation and assembly workers, and simple labor workers compared to managers. Age, education level, number of household members, number of chronic diseases, awareness of blood sugar levels, and age of first diabetes diagnosis were analyzed as significant influencing factors. Conclusions: Considering the characteristics of the job, a customized education program for each job classification is developed, the composition of educational content and the method of providing it are diversified so that young adults can participate in diabetes management education, and along with the training of health professionals such as health educators, a role as a basic education team member for diabetes patients is required.

목적: 본 연구는 직업분류를 중심으로 당뇨병 교육 이수 영향 요인을 분석하여 당뇨병 관리 교육 이수 향상을 위한 보건정책개발 및 건강증진 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한 다. 본 연구는 2021년 지역사회건강조사 자료를 이용하여 당뇨병을 진단받은 19세 이상 성인 8,765명을 대상으로 직업분류를 중심으로 당뇨병 관리 교육 영향 요인을 분석하기 위하여 시 행되었다. 방법: 본 연구는 2021년 지역사회건강조사 자료를 이용하여 당뇨병을 진단받은 19세 이상 성인 8,765명을 대상으로 SPSS 29.0을 이용하여 당뇨병 관리 교육 영향 요인을 분석하기 위 하여 로지스틱 회귀분석(Logistic analysis)을 시행하였다. 결과: 본 연구 결과는 관리자에 비해 서비스종사자, 판매종사자, 농ㆍ림ㆍ어업종사자, 기능 원 및 관련기능종사자, 장치, 기계조작 및 조립종사자, 단순노무종사자에서 당뇨병 관리 교육 미이수율이 높았으며, 연령, 교육수준, 가구원수, 만성질환 수, 혈당수치인지, 당뇨병 최초 진 단 연령은 유의한 영향 요인으로 분석되었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 활용하여 직업특성을 고려한 직업분류 맞춤형 교육프로그램이 개발, 젊은 성인들이 당뇨병 관리 교육에 참여할 수 있도록 교육 콘텐츠 구성과 제공 방법의 다양 화, 보건교육사 등 보건전문인력 양성과 함께 당뇨병 환자를 위한 기본적인 교육팀 구성원으 로서 역할이 요구된다.
