This study analyzes the status and content of previous research on Mongolian "Bökh" conducted in Korea and China, using a systematic literature review as its research method. The review revealed that in Korea, research initially focused on anthropology, emphasizing literature analysis and field research methods. In contrast, China approached Bökh as part of the culture of the Mongolian ethnic minority, leading to studies in the fields of East Asian history and anthropology. Since 2000, research in both countries has expanded to various academic disciplines, including clothing studies and sports science. The analysis of research trends confirmed that, despite having the same research subject, the two countries produced different research outcomes due to variations in research methods and perspectives. Additionally, this study discusses the relationship between sports and differences in lifestyle and cultural regions, as well as the potential for interdisciplinary research with clothing studies, presenting these as key discussion points and future recommendations.

본 연구는 한국과 중국에서 진행된 몽골 ‘부흐(Bökh)’를 주제로 한 연구의 현황을 ‘체계적문헌고찰(systematic literature review)’을 통해 체계적으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 한국에서는 ‘나담축제’의 부흐에 집중하여 문헌 분석과 현지 조사 방법을 기반으로 한 인류학 분야에서 중점적인 연구가 시작되었다. 중국은 소수민족 몽골족의 문화로 인식하 고, 동양사학과 인류학 분야의 연구로 출발하였다. 양국 모두 2000년 이 후부터 의류학과 체육학 등의 다양한 학문 분야로 연구가 확대되었다. 연구 양상 분석 결과, 양국은 같은 연구 대상이더라도 연구 방법과 바라 보는 관점의 차이에 따라 다른 연구 결과를 도출한다는 점을 확인하였 다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 생활양식 및 문화권의 차이에 따른 스포츠 경 기와의 연관성을 논의하거나 의류학과의 융복합 연구 등을 논의점 및 추후 제언으로 제시하였다.
