Purpose This descriptive correlational study aimed to examine the effects of grit and major satisfaction on nursing professionalism among nursing students and to provide foundational data for developing effective intervention programs. The study was conducted with 162 third- and fourth-year nursing students from universities located in Chungbuk and D city, with data collected between June 10 and December 20, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 25.0, applying t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis. Conclusion The mean score for nursing professionalism was 3.96. Grit(β=.223, p=.003) and major satisfaction(β=.317, p<.001) were identified as significant predictors of nursing professionalism, jointly explaining 28.5% of the variance (R²=.312, F=11.700, p<.001). These findings suggest that educational interventions aimed at enhancing grit and major satisfaction are necessary to effectively promote nursing professionalism among upper-level nursing students.

연구방법 그릿(Grit)과 전공만족도가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 중재 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 충북 및 D시 소재 간호대학 3, 4학년 재학생 162명을 대상으로 2024년 6월 10일 부터 12월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS Statistics 25.0을 활용해 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 위계적 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 간호전문직관의 평균은 3.96점이었으며, 그릿(β=.223, p=.003)과 전공만족도(β=.317, p<.001)는 간호전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 두 변수는 간호전문직관을 28.5% 설명하는 것으로 확인되었다(R²= .312, F=11.700, p<.001). 따라서 간호교육 현장에서는 간호전문직관을 효과적으로 향상시키기 위해, 3･4학년 간호대학생 을 대상으로 그릿과 전공만족도를 증진할 수 있는 교육적 개입이 필요하다.
