Logistics Service Quality (LSQ) evaluation is a key issue in operations management, especially in the post-pandemic era with greater flexibility and diverse consumer demands. Companies now require real-time LSQ assessment tools. While recent studies use text mining to identify LSQ factors, they often lack analysis of factor importance and relationships, limiting practical insights. This study collected customer reviews on 11 major Chinese logistics firms from Koubei.com and applied LDA topic modeling to extract LSQ factors. A negative binomial regression linked these factors to customer ratings, revealing that delivery speed and service attitude positively affect LSQ, while logistics processes, last-mile delivery, economic efficiency, responsiveness, professionalism, and reliability have negative impacts. Co-occurrence network analysis further provided practical strategies to improve LSQ.

물류 서비스 품질 평가는 운영 관리 분야에서 중요한 관심사이며, 유연성이 증가하고 소비자 요구가 다양해진 포스 트 팬데믹 시대에 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 기업들은 실시간으로 LSQ를 평가할 수 있는 도구를 필요로 하고 있 다. LSQ 평가를 위해 최근의 연구에서 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하고 있으나, 대부분 LSQ에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 식별 하는 데만 초점을 맞추고 있어 요인들의 상대적 중요성과 상호 관계에 대한 분석이 부족하여 실행가능한 동찰력 제공에는 한 계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 보완하고자 Koubei.com에서 11개 주요 중국 물류 기업에 대한 고객 리뷰 데이 터를 수집하였고 LDA 토픽 모델링을 적용하여 LSQ 영향 요인을 도출하였다. 음이항 회귀 모델을 통해 도출된 요인을 고객 평가와 연결하여 분석한 결과, 배송 속도와 서비스 태도는 LSQ에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 물류 프로세스, 최종 배송, 경 제성, 대응성, 전문성, 신뢰성은 LSQ룰 저해하는 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 온라인 리뷰 텍스트에 대 한 동시 발생 네트워크 분석을 수행하여 물류 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 실질적인 관리 방안을 제시하였다.
