This study aimed to develop a skin beauty education module for senior women using the analysis, design, and development stages of the ADDIE model. A needs analysis was conducted with 199 women aged 60 and above, and expert feedback from 6 professionals was incorporated. Based on the findings and relevant resources, two modules—“Understanding Your Skin and Cleansing Techniques” and “Self-Foot Massage”— were developed and produced as educational videos. The program reflects the practical needs of senior women and is expected to serve as foundational material for senior-oriented beauty education and its application in community and lifelong learning settings.

본 연구는 시니어 여성을 위한 피부미용 모듈 개발을 목적으로 수행되었으며, 모듈 개발의 체계성과 타당 성 확보를 위해 ADDIE 모형의 분석, 설계, 개발 단계를 적용하였다. G시에 거주하는 60세 이상 시니어 여성 199 명을 대상으로 요구도 조사를 실시하고, 피부미용 현장 및 교육 분야 전문가 6인의 의견을 수렴하였다. 분석단계 에서 도출된 내용과 문헌 및 NCS 자료, 유튜브 정보를 토대로 피부미용 학습 모듈을 설계하였다. 개발과정에서 피부미용 모듈은 '자신의 피부 알기와 세안법'과 '자가 발 마사지하기'로 선정하였다. 개발된 교육 모듈은 학습자 가 실생활에서 실천할 수 있도록 동영상으로 제작하였다. 본 연구는 시니어 여성들의 피부 특성 및 요구도를 반영 하여 체계적으로 개발된 피부미용 학습 모듈로 향후 시니어 맞춤형 미용 교육 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료 가 될 수 있다. 또한 지역사회 및 평생교육 분야에서도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
