This study aims to develop an integrated curriculum on the theme of wellness and diabetes management, grounded in interdisciplinary collaboration. The program outlined in this study was systematically designed and pilot-tested to evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility. Educational goals were established by reflecting the unique characteristics of each participating department, and the Dick & Carey instructional design model was applied for a structured development process. Teaching methods included Case-Based Learning (CBL), Team-Based Learning (TBL), and Simulation-Based Learning (SBL), integrating three key domains—healthcare, oral hygiene, and nutrition. This approach enabled learners to cultivate integrative thinking and collaborative skills through real-world problem scenarios. Furthermore, a rubric-based multidimensional assessment system was developed to comprehensively evaluate participants’ knowledge, practical skills, and teamwork competency. This study demonstrates the practical potential of an interdisciplinary education model involving nursing, dental hygiene, and culinary arts departments, and offers foundational data for future expansion into regular curricula and sustainable implementation.

본 연구는 다학제적 협력을 기반으로, 웰니스(Wellness)와 당뇨병 환자 관리를 주제로 한 통합 교과목을 개발하 고, 이를 시범적으로 설계 및 운영하여 효과성과 실행 가능성을 검토하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 각 학과의 전공 특성을 반영한 교육 목표를 설정하고, Dick & Carey 교수체계 설계 모형을 적용하여 체계적인 교수설계를 수행하였 다. 교수법으로는 사례 기반 학습(CBL), 팀 기반 학습(TBL), 시뮬레이션 기반 학습이 활용되었으며, 건강관리, 구강 위 생, 식생활의 세 영역을 통합하여 학습자들이 실제 문제 상황에서 융합적 사고와 협업 능력을 함양할 수 있도록 하였 다. 또한 루브릭 기반의 다차원 평가 체계를 통해 지식, 실습, 협업 역량을 종합적으로 측정하는 프로그램을 개발하였 다. 본 연구는 간호학과, 치위생과, 제과제빵외식조리과 간의 융합 교육 모델로서의 실천 가능성을 제시하며, 향후 정 규 교육과정 확대 및 지속적 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
