Guaranteeing the punctuality of train operation schedules and delivering emergency situations are major elements of subway transport services. Over the past five years, about 2,000 subway accidents have occurred, and a total of 80 protests against illegal subway operation by the National Association for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities have reached in the last two years. In this paper, we developed a notification pop-up service and a community service that informs subway users of emergency situations such as accidents and protests in real time. The notification pop-up service implemented by the Android app improves the problem of disaster safety text reception error and is developed using the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) function. For an optimized screen, PHP and PHP's phpMyAdmin are used to provide a community service, and real-time subway operation information service using a public API is also provided. The purpose of this study is to develop an application that can improve the convenience and safety of subway users.

열차 운행 스케줄의 정시성 보장과 긴급 상황 전달은 지하철 수송 서비스의 주요 요소이다. 최근 5년간 발생한 지하철 사고는 2천여 건이 넘어섰고 전국장애인 차별철폐연대의 지하철 불법 운행 방해 시위는 최근 2년간 총 80회에 달했다. 본 논문에서는 지하철 이용객을 대상으로 사고, 시위 등 긴급 상황을 실시간으로 알려주는 알림 팝업 서비스, Community 서비스를 개발하였다. 안드로이드 앱으로 구현된 알림 팝업 서비스는 재난 안전 문자의 수신 오류의 문제 점을 개선하고 Firebase Cloud Messaging(FCM) 기능을 이용하여 개발한다.[1] 최적화된 화면을 위해 PHP, PHP의 phpMyAdmin을 이용하여 Community 서비스를 제공하고, 공공 API를 이용한 실시간 지하철 운행 정보 서비스도 제 공한다.[2] 본 연구는 지하철 이용객의 편의성과 안전성을 향상할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다.[3]
