Although the TLC(teacher learning community) is rooted in the field with expectations for positive effects and potential, it has been reported that it is not easy to inspire teachers to continue meeting. Therefore, this study was conducted to pay attention to the PE(physical education) TLC in which many teachers participate over many years and to explore the factors that continue their encounters throughout their lives. 8 leaders were selected as participants in the study and in-depth interviews were conducted, and the factors derived from literature analysis, local document collection, and participatory observation are as follows. 1) in terms of origin, the subject was PE class, and the factor was that it was a teacher-learning community with clear purpose and philosophy. PE was a subject that teachers wanted to teach well because students had a strong desire to learn, and it was confirmed that teachers enjoyed the joy and fun of physical activity as they learned. In addition, it was revealed that it has established itself as a community for the holistic growth of students by improving the quality of PE classes. 2) In terms of process, practical content was systematically dealt with and operated as a direct experience method. It was found that the reason was that PE contents that can guarantee success were directly experienced and shared from the perspective of students, and that time was not wasted by organizing monthly workshops after announcing the one-year plan. 3) In terms of atmosphere, it melted comfortably based on spontaneity and had a good influence on each other. There was the spontaneity of participation and the autonomy of sharing thoughts and experiences, and the reason was that interactions and modeling were conducted among new, surrounding, eager, core, and support members, and that they experienced the power of collective intelligence. 4) In terms of results, it was the growth and refinement of PE classes and changes in life. It was revealed that beyond the success of PE classes, the philosophy and identity of the TLC were identified with individuals and led to a positive life. In the discussion based on the research results, a plan to create a sustainable PE TLC was proposed.

교사학습공동체는 긍정적 효과와 잠재력에 대한 기대로 현장에 뿌리내리고 있지만 교사들이 지속적인 만남을 이 어갈 수 있는 동력을 불어 넣기는 쉽지 않은 것으로 보고되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 다수의 교사들이 여러 해에 걸쳐 참여하고 있는 체육 교사학습공동체에 주목하고 이들이 생애를 관통하는 만남을 이어가는 그 요인에 대해 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 공동 리더 중 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층 면담을 실시했으며, 문헌 분석과 함 께 현지 문서 수집, 참여 관찰도 병행하여 도출한 요인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태생 측면에서 주제가 체육 수업이 었고 목적 및 철학이 명확한 교사학습공동체였던 점이었다. 체육은 학생들의 배움 욕구가 강해 교사들 입장에서 잘 가르치고 싶은 교과였고, 교사들이 학습하면서 신체 활동의 즐거움과 재미도 함께 맛보고 있었다. 또한 체육 수업의 질 향상을 통한 학생의 전인적 성장을 위한 공동체로 자리매김한 것이 그 이유로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 과정 측면에서 실제적인 내용을 체계적으로 다루며 직접 체험 방식으로 운영되었던 점이었다. 성공을 보장할 수 있는 체육 수업 콘텐츠를 학생의 입장에서 직접 체험하고 공유하는 방식으로 운영되고, 1년 계획을 공지 후 월별 워 크숍을 짜임새 있게 운영함으로써 시간을 허투루 허비하지 않는 것이 그 이유로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 색조 측면에서 자발성을 기반으로 편히 녹아들고 서로에게 좋은 영향을 끼쳤던 점이었다. 공동체 내에는 참여의 자발성과 생각 과 경험 나눔의 자율성이 지배하고 있었으며 신규, 주변, 열심, 핵심, 버팀목 멤버들 간에 상호 작용과 모델링이 이루어졌고 집단 지성의 힘을 경험한 것이 그 이유로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 성과 측면에서 체육 수업의 성장 및 세련 미 가미와 삶의 변화를 체감했던 점이었다. 체육 수업에서의 성공을 넘어 교사학습공동체의 철학과 정체성이 개 개인의 것과 동일시되어 삶에 긍정적으로 이어진 것이 그 이유로 밝혀졌다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 한 논의에서 는 지속 가능한 체육 교사학습공동체 조성 방안을 제안하였다.
