This descriptive study investigated the influence of digital literacy, flourish, and academic self-efficacy on the problem solving ability of graduating nursing students. The participants were 136 fourth-year nursing students who understood the study's purpose and voluntarily agreed to participate. The data collection was from May 27 to June 7, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0, including descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The factors influencing the problem solving ability of the participants were digital literacy (t=4.65, 𝑝＜.001), flourish (t=2.69, 𝑝<.01), and academic self-efficacy (t=2.82, 𝑝<.01). These variables explained 40.5% of the variance in problem solving ability. Problem solving ability was found to have a statistically significant positive correlation with digital literacy, flourish, and academic self-efficacy. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop programs and educational strategies that can strengthen digital literacy competency and improve flourish and academic self-efficacy to enhance the problem solving ability of graduating nursing students.

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호학생의 디지털 리터러시, 플로리시와 학업적 자기효능감이 문제해결능력에 미치 는 영향을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 참여에 동의한 4학 년 간호학생 136명이었다. 자료수집은 2024년 5월 27일부터 6월 7일까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 디지털 리터러시(t=4.65, 𝑝＜.001), 플 로리시(t=2.69, 𝑝<.01), 학업적 자기효능감(t=2.82, 𝑝<.01)으로 이들 변수의 문제해결능력에 대한 설명력은 40.5% 이었다. 문제해결능력은 디지털 리터러시, 플로리시, 학업적 자기효능감과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 졸업학년 간호학생의 문제해결능력을 증진시키기 위해 디지털 리터러시 역량을 강화하고 플로리시와 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 교육적인 전략이 필요하다.
