This study focuses on literary tours in Korea, analyzes their system and current status, and explores the possibility of utilizing them as cultural tourism resources. The study specifically examined the meaning and types of literary tours and analyzed and compared numerous examples of literary tours broadcast and published from the 1980s to the present. The discussion centered on the loss of contemporaneity in literary tours and the ways in which regions are represented. Research has shown that literary tours maximize their value when they go beyond the simple exploration of literature and embrace an integrated approach to a region’s history, culture, and social context. To address the loss of contemporaneity of literary tours, new initiatives are needed to include contemporary authors and works and add depth to literary tours through storytelling that fully reflects local identity.

본 연구는 한국의 ‘문학기행’을 개괄하고, 그것의 체재와 현황을 분석 하여 현시대의 문화관광 자원으로서 ‘문학기행’의 활용 가능성을 모색했 다. 문학기행의 의미와 종류를 구체적으로 살펴보고, 1980년대부터 현재 까지 방송과 출판된 다양한 문학기행 사례를 비교 분석했다. 문학기행의 동시대성 상실 문제와 지역 형상화 방식을 중점적으로 논의했다. 연구 결과, 문학기행은 단순한 문학 탐방을 넘어 지역의 역사, 문화, 사회적 맥락을 통합적으로 접근할 때 그 가치가 극대화됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 문학기행의 동시대성 상실 문제를 해결하기 위해 현대 작가와 작품을 포함하는 새로운 기획이 필요하며, 지역의 정체성을 충분히 반영한 스토리텔링을 통해 문학기행의 깊이를 더해야 한다.
