This study attempted to understand the essence of the content and meaning of nursing college students' entrepreneurship club activities. From November 5, 2023 to December 20, 2023, individual interviews were conducted with 10 nursing students who had participated in entrepreneurship club activities for more than 6 months, and the collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis methodology. As a result of analyzing the experiences of nursing students’ entrepreneurship club activities through in-depth interviews, 23 themes were derived, which were integrated into 10 thematic groups and 4 categories. The categories of nursing students’ entrepreneurship club activities were ‘Reason for joining the entrepreneurship club’, ‘The joy of entrepreneurship club activities’, ‘Difficulties of entrepreneurship club activities’, and ‘The meaning of entrepreneurship club activities’. In the future, based on the experiences of nursing students’ entrepreneurship club activities, it is necessary to develop entrepreneurship education and support systems that are suitable for the circumstances of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 창업동아리 활동 경험의 내용과 의미의 본질을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 2023년 11월 5일부터 2023년 12월 20일까지 창업동아리 활동을 6개월 이상 지속적으로 참여한 경험이 있는 간호대학생 10 명을 대상으로 개별면담을 시행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석 방법론을 적용하여 분석하였다. 심층면담 을 통해 간호대학생의 창업동아리 활동 경험을 분석한 결과 23개의 주제를 도출하였고, 이를 통해 10개의 주제모음과 4개의 범주로 통합하였다. 간호대학생의 창업동아리 활동의 범주는 ‘창업동아리 참여 계기’, ‘창업동아리 활동의 즐거움’, ‘창업동아 리 활동의 어려움’, ‘창업동아리 활동의 의미’로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 창업동아리 활동 경험을 바탕으로 추후 간호대학생 의 실정에 맞는 창업교육 및 지원체계 개발 등이 요구된다.
