The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to understand the factors influencing the emotional intelligence and nursing intuition of nursing college students on their clinical reasoning competency. Data collection was conducted on 162 nursing college students in the third and fourth grades of two universities, and data analysis was conducted by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the clinical reasoning competency according to the general characteristics was grade (t=-4.28, p<.001), major satisfaction (F=4.78, p=.010), grades (F=3.23, p<.001), clinical reasoning competency and emotional intelligence (r=.664, p<.001), and nursing professionals (r=.642, p<.001). Looking at the influencing factors, emotional intelligence (β=.38, p<.001), nursing professionals (β=.38, p<.001), grade pile (junior group: 3rd grade) (β=.21, p<.001), and the clinical reasoning competency of the subject's emotional intelligence and nursing professionals was 56.2%. In order to improve the clinical reasoning competency of nursing college students based on the results of this study, curriculum organization, subject, and comparative program development considering emotional intelligence, nursing professionals, and grades are required.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 감성지능과 간호전문직관이 임상추론역량에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술 적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 두 개 대학 3, 4학년 간호대학생 162명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, 다중회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과 일반적 특성에 따른 임상추론역량은 학년(t=-4.28, p<.001), 전공만족(F=4.78, p=.010), 성적(F=3.23, p<.001), 임상추론역량과 감성지능(r=.664, p<.001), 간호전문직관(r=.642, p<.001) 간에 양의 상관관계가 있었다. (F=69.92, p<.001). 영향요인을 살펴보면 감성지능((β=.38, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.38, p<.001), 학년더미(준거집단: 3학년)(β=.21, p<.001)이었고, 대상자의 감성지능, 간호전문직관에 대한 임상추론역량은 56.2%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과를 기초로 간호대학생의 임상추론역량을 향상시키기 위하여 교육과정편성과 교 과, 비교과프로그램 개발이 요구된다.
