This study aims to analyze the results of the Residential college program operated at University from 2022 to 2024. The purpose of this study is to discuss the operational performance and limitations of the Residential college program and to suggest future development directions. The University Residential college program supports the holistic growth of students and has made a significant contribution to enhancing self-directed learning capacity and community awareness through the integration of academics and life. In particular, various programs based on the four core areas of "chain, human, knowledge, and business" have induced wide participation of students and led to high satisfaction and positive results. This study comprehensively analyzed the performance and problems of the Residential college program and presented exemplary cases and improvement directions that can be utilized in other universities. Through this, it will be able to contribute to the qualitative improvement of higher education and the development of student-centered education programs.

본 연구는 대학에서 운영된 기숙형 대학(Residential College) 프로그램의 사례를 중심으로, 2022년부터 2024 년까지의 운영 결과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 Residential College 프로그램의 운영 성과와 한계를 논의하고, 향후 발 전 방향을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. Residential College 프로그램의 주요 성과로는 첫째, 평균 만족도가 4.8점 이상 으로 평가되며 높은 참여자 만족도를 기록한 점이다. 이러한 평가는 학생들에게 제공된 프로그램의 실용성과 유익함 을 증명한다. 둘째, 신체적·정서적·지적·직업적 성장을 균형 있게 지원하는 다양한 프로그램이 포함되어 학생들의 전 인적 성장에 기여하였다. 셋째, 효율적인 예산 집행을 통해 재정적 안정성을 유지하며 지속 가능한 프로그램 운영이 가능했다는 점이 강조되었다. 본 연구는 Residential College 프로그램의 성과와 문제를 종합적으로 분석함으로써 다 른 대학에서도 활용 가능한 모범 사례와 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 고등교육의 질적 향상과 학생 중심 교육 프로그램의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
