This study is a healing critique of 11 poems used in the 'Light of the Mind' program, which was conducted for users of the J City Addiction Management Integrated Support Center. 'Healing Criticism' is a new criticism method that analyzes media from a healing perspective and describes the technique of Simsang-Poetry therapy, which is an integrated art and culture healing. Approaching the poetry used in the program from a healing perspective, the technique actually performed as a treatment method for Simsang-Poetry therapy and the therapeutic significance were described together. Among the users of the Addiction Management Integrated Support Center who attended the "Light of the Mind" program, 80% of those with alcohol use disabilities who showed 75% attendance met the purpose of the "Light of the Mind" program, which said, "By exploring one's inner self, one can become aware of the fundamental power to live and overcome the given life by learning it." 84% of the participants said the program helps give up drinking. Therefore, the subjects to which the techniques shown in healing criticism will be applied can be extended to those with various mental problems or to the general public, and follow-up studies are needed to prove the therapeutic effect after actual application.

본 연구는 J시 중독관리통합지원센터 이용자들을 대상으로 진행한 ‘마음의 빛’ 프로그램에서 활용한 11편의 시 를 치유 비평한 것이다. 치유 비평은 치유적 시각에서 매체를 분석하고 통합 예술·문화 치유인 심상 시치료 기법을 기술한 새로운 비평 방식이다. 프로그램에 활용한 시를 치유적 시각으로 접근하면서 심상 시치료 방식으로 실제 진행 한 기법과 치료적 의의를 함께 기술하였다. ‘마음의 빛’ 프로그램에 참석한 중독관리통합지원센터 이용자인 알코올 사 용 장애자들 중에서 75% 참석률을 보인 대상자의 80%가 ‘자신의 내면을 탐색함으로써 살아나갈 수 있는 근원적 힘 을 자각하고, 이를 체득함으로써 주어진 삶을 극복할 수 있다.’는 ‘마음의 빛’ 프로그램의 목적에 부합하였으며, 84% 는 프로그램이 단주에 도움이 된다고 하였다. 이런 이유로 프로그램에 활용한 매체를 치유 비평하는 것은 의의가 있 다고 할 수 있다. 치유 비평에 기술한 대로 진행하는 것은 삶에 대한 성찰과 통찰로 내적 성장을 이루게 하는 데 효 과가 있을 것이다. 따라서 치유 비평에 나타난 기법을 적용할 대상자를 다양한 정신 문제를 가진 자, 또는 일반인한 테도 확대 적용할 수 있을 것이며, 실제 적용하고 나서 치료 효과를 증명할 수 있는 후속 연구가 필요하다고 본다.
