This study is a descriptive correlational study to confirm the relationship among social support, growth mindset, and transition shock to clinical practice among 133 nursing students with clinical practice experience and to identify factors influencing transition shock to clinical practice. Data collection was conducted from September 1, 2024 to September 31, 2024 using a self-administered questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program for descriptive statistics for general characteristics, t-test and ANOVA for differences in variables according to general characteristics, correlation analysis for relationships between variables, and regression analysis for influencing factors. The study found that growth mindset and major satisfaction significantly influenced transition shock to clinical practice, with an explanatory power of 19.3%. In conclusion, in order to reduce transition shock to clinical practice experienced by nursing students due to clinical practice and to adapt to clinical practice, it is necessary to reorganize and apply the curriculum through non-curricular programs that consider the characteristics of each grade before clinical practice to improve major satisfaction and curriculum development that considers the improvement of growth mindset.

본 연구는 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생 133명을 대상으로 사회적지지, 성장마인드셋 및 실습전환충격간 의 관계를 확인하고 임상실습전환충격 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 상관조사 연구이다. 자료수집은 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 2024년 9월 1일부터 9월 31일까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 spss 통계프로그램을 사용하여 일 반적 특성은 기술통계, 일반적 특성에 따른 변수의 차이는 t-test와 ANOVA 분석을 하였으며, 변수 간의 관계는 상 관분석, 영향요인은 회귀분석하였다.연구결과 임상실습전환충격 영향요인은 성장마인드셋 및 전공만족도였으며 이들의 변수에 대한 설명력은 19.3%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 임상실습으로 인해 경험하게 되는 간호대학생의 실습전환충격 을 감소시키고 임상실습 적응을 위해서는 임상실습 전에 학년별 특성을 고려한 전공만족도 향상을 위한 비교과 프로 그램 및 성장마인드셋 향상을 고려한 교과목 개발을 통해 교육과정을 개편하고 적용해야 할 필요성이 있겠다.
