This study was conducted to examine the relationship among digital literacy, AI ethics awareness, and patient personal information protection awareness among nursing students, and to provide basic data for developing a program to improve patient personal information protection awareness. The data collection period was from May 1 to May 30, 2024. Questionnaires from 129 nursing students who agreed to participate in this study were analyzed. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program, and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results of the analysis showed that digital literacy, age, and motivation for applying to nursing departments were influential factors on nursing students' awareness of patient personal information protection. The explanatory power of these variables was 14.7%. In conclusion, when composing the content of an educational program to improve patient personal information protection awareness in the nursing department curriculum, it is thought that it is necessary to organize a program that considers the content for improving digital literacy and the motivation and age for applying to nursing departments.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시, 인공지능 윤리의식 및 환자개인정보 보호인식간의 관계를 살펴보고, 환자개인정보 보호인식 향상 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집기간은 2024년 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지이며. 본 연구에 참여 동의한 간호대학생 129명의 설문지가 분석되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS프로그램을 이용하였으며, 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 간호대학생의 환자개인정보 보호인식에 디지털 리터러시, 연령 및 간호학과 지원동기가 영향요인으로 나타났으며. 이 들의 변수에 대한 설명력은 14.7%였다. 결론적으로 간호학과 교육과정에서 환자개인정보 보호인식을 향상시키기 위 한 교육 프로그램의 내용을 구성할 때 디지털 리터러시 향상을 위한 내용 및 간호학과 지원동기와 연령을 고려한 프 로그램 구성이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
