This study aims to establish strategies for the structuring, writing, and utilizing of youth career portfolio. To achieve this research goal, in-depth interviews were conducted twice with eight corporate HR managers using the Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) method proposed by Hill (2012). Based on the results, strategies for structuring, writing, and utilizing youth career portfolio were derived. The study identified a total of three domains, six categories, and 30 subcategories. Specifically, for the composition of youth career portfolios, two categories—"differentiated structure from existing recruitment documents" and "composition based on importance"—were derived, along with seven subcategories. For the writing of youth career portfolios, two categories—"clearly describing the process and outcomes" and "visual representation of the process and outcomes"—were identified, along with five subcategories. Lastly, for the utilization of youth career portfolio, two domains—"utilization in corporate career development systems" and "utilization in recruitment processes"—were identified, with a total of 18 subcategories. Based on these findings, suggestions for future research were proposed.

이 연구는 청년 커리어 포트폴리오의 구성, 작성 및 활용 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 을 달성하기 위해, Hill(2012)이 제안한 합의적 질적 연구 방법을 활용하여 기업 인사 담당자 8명을 대 상으로 2회에 걸친 심층면담을 수행하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 청년 커리어 포트폴리오의 구성, 작성 및 활용 방안을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 총 3개 영역, 6개 범주, 30개 하위 범주를 도출하였다. 세부적으로, 청년 커리어 포트폴리 오 구성 방안으로써 ‘기존 채용 서류와 차별화된 구성’, ‘중요도를 고려한 구성’의 두 개 범주와 총 일곱 개 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 청년 커리어 포트폴리오 작성 방안으로써 ‘과정 및 결과를 명료하게 작성’, ‘과정 및 결과를 시각적으로 작성’의 두 개 범주와 총 다섯 개 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 마지막으로, 청 년 커리어 포트폴리오 활용 방안으로써 ‘사내 경력개발 제도에 커리어 포트폴리오 활용’, ‘채용 시 커리 어 포트폴리오 활용’의 두 개 영역과 총 18개 하위 범주가 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연 구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
