This study provided career exploration opportunities by utilizing a weekend course linkage program between general high schools and universities under the educational theme of ‘Smart Nursing Learning Center’, and examined the satisfaction of high school students, instructors, and current students who participated in the program and volunteered as helpers. This study showed that the satisfaction of students who participated in the career exploration program was high, and the satisfaction of instructors and volunteer helpers was also high. Accordingly, in order to ensure the sustainability of the career exploration program, instructors should expand the scope of educational topics and apply teaching methods, and current students should conduct programs utilizing mentoring programs to enhance the career exploration program.

본 연구는 ‘슬기로운 간호배움터’라는 교육주제로 일반고등학교와 대학과의 주말 강좌 연계 프로그램을 활용하여 진로 탐색의 기회를 제공하고 프로그램에 참여한 고등학생 및 교수자, 간호대학생의 자원봉사 도우미 활동에 대한 만족 도를 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해 진로 탐색 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 만족도가 높았으며 교수자와 자원봉사 도우미 의 만족도 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 진로 탐색 프로그램에 대한 지속가능성을 위해 교수자는 다양한 교육주제의 확대와 교수법을 적용하도록 하고 고등학생과 간호대학생이 함께하는 멘토멘토링 프로그램을 활용하여 진로탐색 프로그 램을 고도화해 나가야 할 것이다.
