This study designed and implemented a document-writing support system using generative AI to explore ways to enhance users' writing efficiency and convenience. Unlike traditional document-writing tools that require standardized input, this system enables users to generate documents such as emails, reports, proposals, and personal statements with minimal input. To achieve this, the system utilizes the GPT-4 API to automatically generate prompts optimized for each document type and provides an intuitive UI to facilitate the writing process. The study results confirmed that the AI-based document-writing system can automatically generate documents while maintaining the required structure and logical flow for each document type. Specifically, the system ensured structural consistency in report and proposal writing, while also appropriately adjusting tone and expressions in emails and personal statements. However, the study identified limitations, including the difficulty of fully reflecting users' individual writing styles and the need for additional user involvement in complex analytical or creative writing tasks. Therefore, future research should focus on improving prompt engineering and incorporating user feedback to enhance AI’s document-writing capabilities. This study suggests that AI-based document-writing systems can contribute not only to automation but also to more refined document creation through collaboration between AI and users.

본 연구는 생성형 AI를 활용한 문서 작성 지원 시스템을 설계하고 구현하여, 사용자의 문서 작성 효율성과 편 의성을 향상시키는 방안을 탐색하였다. 기존 문서 작성 도구가 정형화된 입력을 요구하는 것과 달리, 본 시스템은 사용자가 입력한 최소한의 정보만으로 이메일, 보고서, 제안서, 자기소개서 등의 문서를 자동 생성할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 이를 위해 GPT-4 API를 활용하여 문서 유형별 최적화된 프롬프트를 자동 생성하고, 직관적인 UI를 통해 사용자가 문서를 쉽게 작성할 수 있도록 지원하였다. 연구 결과, AI 기반 문서 작성 시스템은 문서 유형별로 요구되는 형식을 유지하며 논리적인 전개를 자동으로 생성할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 보고서와 제안서 작성 에서는 구조적 일관성이 유지되었으며, 이메일과 자기소개서 작성에서도 문체와 표현이 적절하게 조정되었다. 그 러나 AI가 사용자의 개별적인 문체를 완전히 반영하기 어렵고, 복잡한 분석이나 창의적 글쓰기에서는 추가적인 사용자의 개입이 필요하다는 한계가 확인되었다. 이에 따라 향후 연구에서는 프롬프트 엔지니어링을 개선하고, 사 용자 피드백을 반영하는 학습 시스템을 도입하여 AI의 문서 작성 능력을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 AI 기 반 문서 작성 시스템이 자동화뿐만 아니라, AI와 사용자의 협업을 통한 보다 정교한 문서 작성에도 기여할 수 있 음을 시사한다.
