Although various projective tests are used in the field of art therapy, there is no research on the development of verbal projective tests except for drawing tests. To compensate for the psychometric reliability issues of the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), the 14 cards of the Thematic Apperception Test for Adolescents (TAT-A) were developed, but no objective evidence has been provided on the inherent power of the cards as projective stimuli. The purpose of this study was to analyze the card-pull effects of the 14 cards of the TAT-A. The documented TAT-A protocol (N=52) was assessed by each card and dimension using the Social Cognition and Object Relations Scale-Global Rating Method (SCORS-G), and the card-pull effects were examined using variance component analysis and z-tests. The results of the study showed that card 3 was identified as the reference card because no card-pull effect was reported by both male and female participants, while card 7 showed the most card-pull effect for both men and women. The landscape cards showed moderate card-pull effect for both men and women, but were partially biased due to inadequate SCORS-G scoring methods. Further research with a large sample size is needed to develop an adequate scoring system for the TAT-A cards and digital transformation for clinical application.

다양한 투사검사가 미술치료 분야에 이용되고 있으나 그림검사를 제외한 언어적 투사검사에 대한 개발 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 주제통각검사(TAT)의 심리측정학적 신뢰도 문제를 보완 하기 위해 천연색의 사실적 묘사로 구성된 14개의 청소년주제통각검사(TAT-A) 도판이 개발 되었지만 투사적 자극제로서 도판의 영향력에 대한 객관적 근거 자료는 제시되지 않았다. 본 연구는 TAT-A의 14개 도판에 대한 카드당김효과의 분석을 목적으로 문서화된 TAT-A 프로 토콜(N=52)을 사회인지와 대상관계 척도-일반평정법(SCORS-G)을 이용해 도판과 차원별로 평 정한 후 분산성분분석과 z검정을 통해 각 도판에 대한 카드당김효과를 조사했다. 연구 결과, 도판 3은 남녀 참여자 모두에게 아무런 카드당김효과가 보고되지 않아 기준도판으로 확인되었 으며 도판 7은 남녀 모두에게 가장 많은 카드당김효과를 보였다. 풍경도판은 남녀 모두에게 적 당한 카드당김효과를 보였으나 SCORS-G 평정방법과 맞지 않아 부분적인 편향을 보였다. 향 후 대규모 표본을 통한 추가 연구를 통해 TAT-A 도판에 알맞은 평정체계 개발과 함께 임상 적용을 위한 디지털 전환이 요구된다.
