In this study, Social Network Analysis was used to identify the interaction patterns of university student debaters and to analyze the results of asynchronous online discussions. The text for this study was 『Kim Ji-young, Born 1982』, a representative feminist work in Korean literature, with the aim of exploring the potential of feminist reading discussions. Asynchronous online reading discussions promote learners' high-level thinking in the process of cultivating students' cooperative communication skills. Furthermore, they hold significant potential as a method of gender equality education to mitigate resistance to feminist agendas. In order to increase the educational utilization of asynchronous online reading discussions, it is necessary to actually analyze the interaction patterns of debaters to increase the participation in the discussion and to explore in-depth ways to design teaching and learning that activate discussions. As a result, it was confirmed that debaters only showed a 'one-on-one' discussion structure, and all debaters in the same group did not share the content or lead to in-depth discussion like discussions in synchronous learning. As a way to improve these problems, it was proposed to incorporate real-time discussion elements, such as the voluntary establishment of rules among participants and the designation of a moderator, to promote asynchronous online reading discussions. Additionally, it was suggested to analyze strategies for revitalizing asynchronous online discussions by considering variables such as offline relationships among participants, their sociocultural backgrounds, and prior knowledge of feminist agendas.

본 연구는 온라인 학습 환경에서의 대표적인 교수학습 방법으로 꼽히는 비실시간 온라인 독서 토론에 참여한 대학생 토론자들의 상호작용을 사회적 네트워크 분석 방법(SNA)을 통해 양적 및 질적으로 분석하였다. 주요 제재는 한국문학의 대표적인 페미니즘 텍스트로 꼽히는 『82년생 김지영』으로 선정하였으며, 비실시 간 온라인 페미니즘 독서 토론의 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 비실시간 온라인 독서 토론은 학습자의 협력적 상호작용 능력을 함양하는 과정에서 학습자들의 고차원적 사고를 촉진한다. 또한 페미니즘 의제에 대한 반발을 완화하는 성평등 교육의 방법으로 활용될 잠재력이 매우 높다. 이러한 비실시간 온라인 독서 토론의 활용도를 제고하기 위해서 토론자 간의 상호작용 양상을 분석 하여 토론 참여도를 제고하고, 토론을 활성화할 수 있는 교수학습 설계 방안을 심층적으로 탐구할 필요가 있다. 분석 결과, 대부분의 토론자들이 ‘일대일’ 구조의 토론만을 보여주었으며, 같은 모둠의 토론자가 토론 내용을 공유하거나 실시간 학습에서의 토론처럼 심화적인 내용으로 발전하지 못했음을 확인하였다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위한 방안으로, 비실시간 온라인 독서 토론을 활성화하기 위해 토론자 간 자발적 규칙 설계 및 진행자 지정과 같은 실시간 토론 요소를 결합할 것을 제안하였으며 토론자 간 오프라인 관계, 토론자의 사회문화적 배경과 페미니즘 의제에 관한 사전 지식 등을 변인으 로 포함하여 비실시간 온라인 토론의 활성화 방안을 분석할 것을 제언하였다.
