The purpose of this study is to explore the process of designing Korean traditional music education programs for the elderly using the ADDIE model, and to analyze the learning effects and experiences that appear in this process. Research data were collected through open questionnaires and reflection journals, and qualitative analysis was conducted on the learning effects and difficulties that students experienced in the design process. As students experienced the systematic educational program design process through the ADDIE model, they recognized the importance of educational design tailored to the characteristics of elderly learners, and through this, they understood the necessity of customized education. In addition, communication and problem-solving skills were strengthened through collaboration and feedback reflection in the program design process, and self-evaluation skills were improved through the reflection process.Through the ADDIE model, students of the Korean classical music department, who are prospective culture and arts educators, experienced systematic educational design, and re-awareness that the importance of old age programs and Korean classical music education can play an important role in the emotional stability and social bond formation of the elderly.

본 연구는 예비 문화예술교육사인 국악 전공 학생들이 ADDIE 모형을 활용하여 노인 대상 국악 교육프로그램을 설계하는 과정을 탐구하고, 이 과정에서 나타나는 학 습 효과와 경험을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 경기도 소재 Y 대학교에서 3학년 국악과 학생 14명을 대상으로, 6주간의 수업을 통해 ADDIE 모형을 적용하여 노인 대상 국악 교육프로그램을 설계하도록 하였다. 연구 자료는 개방형 설문지와 성 찰일지 등을 통해 수집되었으며, 학생들이 설계 과정에서 경험한 학습 효과와 어려움 등을 질적 분석하였다. 학생들은 ADDIE 모형을 통한 체계적인 교육프로그램 설계 과정을 경험하면서 노인 학습자의 특성에 맞춘 교육 설계의 중요성을 인식하게 되었 고, 이를 통해 맞춤형 교육의 필요성을 이해하게 되었다. 또한, 프로그램 설계 과정에 서의 협업과 피드백 반영을 통해 의사소통과 문제 해결 능력을 강화하였으며, 성찰 과 정을 통해 자기평가 능력을 높일 수 있었다. ADDIE 모형을 통해 예비 문화예술교육사인 국악과 학생들이 체계적인 교육 설계 를 경험하고 노년프로그램의 중요성 및 국악 교육이 노년층의 정서적 안정과 사회적 유대감 형성에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 재인식하게 되었다. 나아가 이러한 교육 경험이 예비 문화예술교육사들에게 확대 적용되어, 다양한 교육 대상자들에게 맞춤형 교육프로그램을 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 환경이 조성되기를 기대한다.
