The purpose of this study is to explore practitioners' experiences in supporting children and adolescents who have been sexually exploited. Specifically, following the revision of the law regarding "victimized children and adolescents," this research aimed to uncover real-world experiences of practitioners in providing support to these victims. To achieve this, individual in-depth interviews were conducted with six practitioners working in organizations known to support sexually exploited children and adolescents, using purposive and snowball sampling. Collected data were analyzed using general qualitative research methods and inductive thematic analysis. Findings identified five major themes and sixteen categories: (1) changing aspects of sexual exploitation, (2) realities of victims, (3) gaps between legal revisions and field practices, (4) path to recovery, and (5) factors hindering effective support. Based on these findings, this study provided several recommendations to enhance practical and sustainable support for children and adolescents who have been sexually exploited.

본 연구의 목적은 성착취 피해 아동‧청소년을 지원하는 실무자의 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 특히, ‘피해 아동･청 소년’으로의 법 개정 이후, 성착취 피해 아동‧청소년 지원 현장에서 실무자들의 생생한 지원 경험을 밝히고자 하였 다. 이를 위해 의도적 표집, 눈덩이 표집을 활용해 성착취 피해 아동·청소년 지원 기관에 종사하는 실무자 6명을 대 상으로 개별 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 일반적 질적 연구 방법을 적용하여 연구를 진행하였으며, 귀납적 주제분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 ① 달라진 성착취 양상, ② 성착취 피해자의 현실, ③ 법 개정과 현장의 괴리, ④ 회복으로 가는 길, ⑤ 지원을 어렵게 만드는 요인의 5가지 주제와 16개 범주로 도출되었 다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 성착취 피해 아동‧청소년에게 보다 실질적인 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 몇 가지 제언을 제시하였다.
