Digital healthcare, driven by advancements in IT and the aging population, offers significant potential not only in health management but also in the prevention and treatment of diseases. Among digital healthcare innovations, 'Digital Therapeutics,' which utilize evidence-based software to treat patients, are being actively pursued by both the government and industry to promote the growth of the sector. However, research focused on the user perspective remains limited. Therefore, this study sought to empirically investigate the factors influencing the intention to adopt 'Digital Therapeutics' based on cognitive behavioral therapy among the general public. The results, derived from the application of the Technology Acceptance Model, revealed that perceived usefulness is influenced by factors such as reliability, convenience, interactivity, social influence, and perceived ease of use. Additionally, user efficacy, user innovation, and social influence were found to impact perceived ease of use. Furthermore, both perceived usefulness and ease of use were confirmed to have a significant effect on the intention to adopt the technology. Although Korea currently lags behind leading nations in the digital health industry, it is hoped that the country will leverage its advanced IT capabilities and accumulated healthcare expertise to take a leading role in the market.

디지털 헬스케어는 IT의 발전 및 사회 고령화와 맞물려 건강관리를 넘어 질병의 예방과 치료까지 가능하다는 데 그 효용성이 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 중 근거 기반의 SW로 환자를 치료하는 ‘디지털 치료기기’는 정부와 산업계에서 산업 육성을 위해 다각적인 모색이 이루어지고 있으나 사용자 측면의 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 일반 국민을 대상으로 인지행동치료 기반 디지털 치료기기의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였 다. 기술수용모델을 적용한 연구 결과 지각된 유용성에는 신뢰성 및 편의성, 상호작용성, 사회적 영향, 지각된 사용 용이 성이 영향을 미치고, 지각된 사용 용이성에는 사용자 효능감 및 사용자 혁신성, 사회적 영향이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수용의도에는 지각된 유용성 사용 용이성이 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 디지털 헬스산업에 서 현재 우리는 선도국가에 비해 다소 뒤처져 있지만 높은 IT 수준과 그간 축적된 헬스케어의 기술력을 바탕으로 시장을 선도하게 되었으면 하는 바람이다.
