The Structural Relationship between e-Sports Club Attributes, Satisfaction with Viewing, Club Loyalty, and Intention to Share Information

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between the attributes of e-sports clubs, viewing satisfaction, club loyalty, and information sharing intention. Accordingly, the subjects of this study were a total of 250 LCK visitors among domestic e-sports club fans. Among the collected data, 243 copies, excluding 7 copies of data that are difficult to use, were used by adopting the final analysis data. Data processing was performed by using SPSS 27.0. In order to verify the centralized validity and discriminant validity of the measurement items, a confirmatory factor analysis was performed using AMOS 23.0, and the hypothesis was verified using structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows. The specific hypothesis verification results are as follows. First, among the four factors of esports club attributes, only star players were found to have a significant effect on viewing satisfaction. Second, it was found that viewing satisfaction had a significant effect on club loyalty. Third, it was found that viewing satisfaction had a significant effect on information sharing intention. Fourth, club loyalty was found to have a significant effect on information sharing intention Through this result, it was found that among the club's attributes, star players are the club's attributes that are most important to fans.
