This study aims to present the effect of food quality of nighttime tourist attraction in Jeju Island on economic value, place attachment, and revisit intention. The study was conducted through on-site and online surveys at night tourism destinations in Jeju Island, targeting consumers who have ordered food at these destinations within the past year. Excluding unfaithful respondents, statistical analysis was conducted focusing on a total of 332 respondents. The demographic and general characteristics of the respondents, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were performed using the statistical programs SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. The results of the hypothesis testing are as follows: The food quality at Jeju tourism destinations was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on both economic value and place attachment. Additionally, economic value was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on place attachment and revisit intention. Lastly, place attachment was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on revisit intention, leading to the acceptance of all hypotheses. Based on these research findings, meaningful practical implications and academic implications for the revitalization of night tourism destinations in Jeju Island were proposed.

본 연구는 제주도의 야간관광지에서의 음식품질이 경제적 가치, 장소애착, 그리고 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 최근 1년 이내에 제주도 야간관광지를 방문해 음식을 주문한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 제주도 야간관광지 현장과 온라인 설문조사를 통해 수행되었다. 불성실한 응답자를 제외하고 총 332명의 응답자를 중심으로 통계분석을 실시하였으며, SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0 통계프로그램을 사용해 응답자의 인구통계학적 특성과 일반적 특성, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 그리고 구조방정식분석을 실시하였다. 연구가설검증에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 제주관광지의 음식품질은 경제적 가치와 장소애착 모두에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 경제적 가치는 장소애착과 재방문 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 장소애착은 재방문의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 모든 가설은 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 제주도 야간관 광지 활성화를 위한 유의미한 실무적 시사점과 학문적 시사점을 제안하였다.
