The purpose of this study was to analyze domestic research trends related to retirement planning using keyword network analysis. To this end, keywords were selected as analysis data by targeting 122 academic papers of foreign (candidate) academic journals of the Korea Citation Index (KCI) published from 2014 to 2023. 360 keywords were derived through word refinement, and for data analysis, network basic attributes, frequency analysis, centrality analysis, and visualization and substructure analysis of the keyword network were performed using TEXTOM. As a result of investigating the influence and role of keywords related to retirement planning through centrality analysis, the keywords with the highest connection centrality were 'retirement planning', 'retirement', and 'planning to leave a job'. Connection centrality represents the degree of direct connection between nodes, and a high value means many connection relationships. In the proximity centrality analysis, 'retirement planning' and 'baby boomers' recorded high numbers, showing that these keywords are in a position to quickly reach information within the network. In the betweenness centrality, 'retirement planning' showed the highest value, which means that they are performing a good intermediary role between keywords. 'Retirement expectation' and 'psychological well-being' have high closeness centrality and mediation centrality, implying the possibility of convergence research. On the other hand, 'financial education' and 'retirement design' showed high connection centrality and proximity centrality, but showed low mediation centrality, indicating that there were few intermediary roles. In the CONCOR analysis using Ucinet's NetDraw tool, a total of 6 communities were found. Each community was named 'Retirement Planning by Generation', 'Retirement Awareness and Career', 'Psychological Preparation', 'Retirement Satisfaction', and 'Economic Retirement Planning', which clearly suggests the substructure of keywords related to retirement planning. This study contributes to an integrated understanding of various aspects of retirement planning and is significant in that it can be used as important basic data for future research and policy development.

본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 은퇴준비와 관련된 국내의 연구 동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2014년부터 2023년까지 발간된 국내 KCI(Korea Citation Index) 등재(후보) 학술지 논문 122편을 대상으로 하였다. 단어 정제화를 통해 360개의 키워드를 도출하였으며, 자료분석은 TEXTOM을 사용하여 네트워크 기본속성, 빈도분석, 중심성 분석을, UCINET 6.800을 활용하여 키워드 네트워크의 시각화, 하위구 조 분석을 시행하였다. 중심성 분석을 통해 은퇴준비 관련 키워드의 영향력과 역할을 조 사한 결과, 연결중심성이 가장 높은 키워드는 ‘은퇴준비’, ‘은퇴’, ‘퇴직준비’ 등으로 나 타났다. 연결중심성은 노드 간의 직접적인 연결 정도를 나타내며, 큰 값은 많은 연결관계 를 의미한다. 근접중심성 분석에서는 ‘은퇴준비’와 ‘베이비붐세대’가 높은 수치를 기록 해, 이들 키워드가 네트워크 내에서 빠르게 정보에 도달할 수 있는 위치에 있음을 보여주 었다. 매개중심성에서는 ‘은퇴준비’가 가장 큰 값을 보였고, 이는 키워드 간의 중개 역할 을 잘 수행하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. ‘은퇴기대’와 ‘심리적안녕감’은 근접중심성과 매 개중심성이 높아 융합연구의 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 반면, ‘재무교육’과 ‘은퇴설계’는 높은 연결중심성과 근접중심성을 보이지만 낮은 매개중심성으로, 중개 역할이 작은 것 으로 나타났다. Ucinet의 NetDraw 도구를 활용한 CONCOR 분석에서는 총 6개의 커뮤니 티가 발견되었다. 각 커뮤니티는 ‘세대별 은퇴준비’, ‘퇴직인식과 진로’, ‘퇴직준비교육’, ‘심리적준비’, ‘은퇴만족도’, ‘경제적 은퇴준비’로 명명되었으며, 이는 은퇴준비 관련 키워드의 하위구조를 명확하게 제시하고 있다. 이 연구는 은퇴준비의 다양한 측면을 통합 적으로 이해하는 데 기여하며, 향후 연구와 정책 개발에 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
