This study examines the challenges faced by school dance educators and explores the necessity, direction, and key components of teaching and learning guidelines. Using an open questionnaire, Delphi survey, and focus group interviews with allocated sampling, the study identified several findings. First, educators struggle to select appropriate expressive activities that align with students' diverse characteristics, interests, and activity levels, highlighting the need for structured guidelines. Second, the guidelines should incorporate instructional frameworks aligned with content systems and achievement standards while providing clear teaching and learning elements. Third, essential components of the guidelines include competencies, goals, content elements, achievement standards, instructional strategies, and evaluation criteria. These findings contribute to the systematic development of school dance education.

이 연구는 학교무용의 실천을 위한 교수학습 가이드라인의 필요성, 방향성, 어떠한 요소를 포함해야 하는지 탐 색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위해 할당표본 추출로 선정한 학교무용 교육자를 대상으로 개방형 설문, 델파이 조사, FGI를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학교무용 교수학습 가이드라인의 필요성은 다양한 학습자의 특성, 흥미, 활동 수준을 고려하여 학교무용에 해당하는 표현 활동의 내용을 선정하는 것이 어렵다는 점에서 찾을 수 있었다. 둘째, 학교무용 교수학습 가이드라인의 구성 방향성은 ‘내용체계와 성취기준을 반영한 수업운 영 지침’, ‘학교급별 교수학습 가이드라인의 교수학습 요소, 내용, 방법의 제시’, ‘학교무용 교육자를 위한 공통 교수학습 가이드라인(안) 제시’가 요청되었다. 셋째, 학교무용 교수학습 가이드라인의 요소는 역량, 목표, 내용 요소, 성취기준, 교수학습의 방향, 평가의 방향으로 도출되었다.
