The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between adolescents from multicultural families by setting parental supervised and neglectful parenting attitudes as independent variables and achievement motivation as parameters, and to investigate the structural relationship between them through a structural equation model. The subjects and data used in the study used longitudinal data from the 9th year of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) established by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. The subjects of this panel were 1,146 high school seniors from multicultural families who were sampled, and statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were applied with the SPSS 26.0 statistical program. For structural equation model analysis, the measurement model fit was evaluated with the AMOS 26.0 statistical program and path model procedures and direct-indirect effects were proved. The main results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the parental supervised parenting attitude was significant to the achievement motivation, and the career attitude decision was not significant. Second, it was confirmed that parents’ neglectful parenting attitude was significant to the achievement motivation and career attitude decision. Third, it was found that achievement motivation had a statistically significant effect on career attitude decision. Fourth, the parental supervised parenting attitude through the medium of achievement motivation showed a complete mediating effect between career attitude decision-making, and fifth, a partial mediating effect between parents’ neglectful parenting attitude and career attitude decision-making through the medium of achievement motivation appeared. Adolescents from multicultural families are in an important period of preparation for advancement or social advancement, and at this point, career attitude decision acts as a very important factor. In this study, the result that achievement motivation plays the most important role as a key factor in promoting career attitude decision was derived, and policy and practical measures to activate it were suggested.

본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년을 대상으로 이들의 진로태도 결정성을 분석하고자 부모의 감독형 및 방임형 양육태도를 독립변수로, 성취동기를 매개변수로 설정하여 구조 방정식모델을 통해 이들 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구에 사용 된 대상자 및 데이터는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수립한 다문화청소년패널조사 (Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study; MAPS)의 9차년도 종단데이터를 활용하였다. 이 패널의 대상은 다문화가정 고등학교 3학년인 1,146명을 표집 대상으로 하고 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램으로 기술통계, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 등의 통계적 방법을 적용하였다. 구조방정식모델 분석은 AMOS 26.0 통계프로그램으 로 측정모델 적합도를 평가하고 경로모델 절차 및 직-간접효과를 증명하였다. 본 연구 의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 감독형 양육태도가 성취동기에 유의한 것으 로 확인되었고, 진로태도 결정성에는 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 부모의 방임적 양육태도 는 성취동기와 진로태도 결정성에 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 성취동기는 진로 태도 결정성에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성취동기 를 매개로 부모의 감독형 양육태도가 진로태도 결정성 간에 완전매개효과가 나타났고, 다섯째, 성취동기를 매개로 부모의 방임적 양육태도와 진로태도 결정성 간 부분매개효 과가 나타났다. 다문화가정 청소년들은 진학 또는 사회진출을 준비하는 중요한 시기에 있으며, 이 시점에서 진로 태도의 결정은 매우 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 진로 태도 결정을 촉진하는 핵심 요인으로 성취동기가 가장 중요한 역할을 한다는 결 과를 도출하였으며, 이를 활성화하기 위한 정책적 및 실무적 방안을 제시하였다.
