This study analyzed and examined the floor exercise routines performed by a total of 16 finalists, 8 gymnasts from the high school division and 8 gymnasts from the general division, in the 105th National Sports Festival. This study was conducted to improve the performance by quickly adapting to the 2025-2028 Code of Points. This study used Excel 2019 and Power Point 2019 for average, standard deviation, percentage, and graphs of extracted data. The results were as follows. First, the general division performed high-difficulty elements, including E and F elements, more frequently compared to the high school division. However, the average starting score, including connection value, for two groups was 5.59 points. The high school division with high execution score and led the final score 0.04 points higher than the general division. Second, two groups preferred turn skills rated as D difficulty or lower and performed them a total of 93 times (58.13%) at a high frequency in Element Group II and III. Third, two groups performed double salto elements 13 times respectively. Fourth, The high school division performed connection elements 11 times and earned a total of 1.30 connection points while the general division performed them 6 times and earned a total of 0.80 connection points. This study holds significance for analyzing the elite gymnasts in the high school and general divisions, and it is expected to serve as fundamental data for quickly adapting to new 2025-2028 Code of Points and enhance gymnasts performance.

이 연구는 제105회 전국체육대회 마루운동 결승경기에 진출한 고등부 8명, 일반부 8명, 총 16명을 대상으로 연기 내용을 분석하였다. 이는 2025-2028 채점규칙에 빠르게 적응하는 등 경기력 향상에 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 연구에 추출된 자료는 Excel 2019, Power Point 2019를 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 백분율, 그래프로 자료를 처리하였다. 결과 는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반부 집단이 고등부 집단보다 E, F 등 고난도의 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 연결점수를 포함한 시작점수는 두 그룹 모두 평균 5.59점으로 나타났으며, 실행점수가 높은 고등부 집단이 일반부 집단보다 최종점수 에서 0.04점 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, EGⅡ, Ⅲ에서 두 집단 모두 D난도 이하의 비틀기 기술을 선호하였으며, 총 93회(58.13%)를 실시하여 매우 높은 빈도로 나타났다. 셋째, 두 바퀴 공중돌기 응용동작은 두 집단 모두 13회를 실시한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연결기술은 고등부 집단이 11회를 실시하여 총 1.30점의 연결점수를 획득하였으며, 일반부 집단 은 6회 총 0.80점을 획득한 것으로 나타났다. 우리나라 최고의 고등부, 일반부 선수들의 분석은 큰 의미가 있으며, 변화되 는 2025-2028 채점규칙에 빠르게 적응하고 경기력 향상에 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.
