The purpose of this study is to analyze key topics and propose development directions for the integrated growth of the marine sports and tourism industries using a data-driven approach. A total of 3,881 documents were selected as the final dataset, consisting of 3,757 online articles retrieved from the Naver portal site between January 2, 2018, and June 30, 2024, along with 103 domestic journal articles and 21 dissertations. The LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling technique was applied, resulting in the identification of five key topics. Topic 1 focuses on nationwide marine sports festivals and urban tourism promotion. Topic 2 addresses the establishment of marine leisure infrastructure tailored to regional characteristics. Topic 3 explores summer beach festivals and strategies for regional economic revitalization. Topic 4 examines policies for training specialized professionals in marine sports. Topic 5 proposes a regional marine tourism model utilizing yachts. This study contributes academically to the integrated research on marine sports and tourism industries through data-driven analysis and offers practical and applicable policies and strategies to support sustainable development.

본 연구는 해양스포츠와 관광 산업의 융합적 발전을 목표로 데이터 기반 접근법을 활용하여 주요 주제를 분석하고 발전 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 2018년 01월 02일부터~ 2024년 6월 30일까지 네이버 포털사이트 내 검색된 온라인 기사 3,757건, 국내 학술지 103건, 학위논문 21건 총 3,881건을 최종 자료로 선정하였다. LDA 토픽 모델링 기법을 적용한 결과, 5개의 핵심 토픽이 도출되었다. 토픽 1은 전국 해양스포츠 축제와 도시 관광 활성화이다. 토픽 2는 지역 특성에 맞춘 해양레저 인프라 구축이다. 토픽 3은 여름철 해변 축제와 지역 경제 활성화 방안이다. 토픽 4는 해양스포츠 전문 인력 양성 정책이다. 토픽 5는 요트를 활용한 지역 해양관광 모델 구축이다. 본 연구는 데이터 기반 분석을 통해 해양스포 츠와 관광 산업의 융합 연구에 학문적으로 기여하였으며, 실질적이고 적용 가능한 정책 및 전략을 제안함으로써 지속 가능 한 발전을 위한 방향성을 제시하였다.
