This study aims to confirm the relationship between narcissistic vulnerability and reactive aggression and verify the serial mediating effect of hostile automatic thoughts and anger rumination. For this purpose, a survey with Pathological Narcissism Inventory(PNI), Hostile Automatic Thought Scale(HATS), Anger Rumination Scale(ARS), Reactive-Proactive Aggression Questionnaire(RPQ) was held and data from 374 adults was analyzed. As results, correlation between narcissistic vulnerability, hostile automatic thoughts, anger rumination, and reactive aggression was significant. And hostile automatic thoughts and anger rumination had the serial mediating effect between narcissistic vulnerability and reactive aggression. From these results, discussion, limitation, and suggestion for the further study were discussed.

본 연구는 자기애적 취약성과 반응적 공격성의 관계를 확인하고 적대적 자동적 사고와 분노 반추의 순차적 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 성인 374명을 대상으로 병리적 자기애 척 도(PNI), 적대적 자동적 사고 척도(HATS), 분노 반추 척도(ARS), 반응적-주도적 공격성 질문지 (RPQ)를 측정도구로 설문을 실시했고, 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 자기애적 취약 성, 적대적 자동적 사고, 분노 반추, 반응적 공격성이 정적 상관을 보였다. 그리고 자기애적 취약성과 반응적 공격성의 관계를 적대적 자동적 사고와 분노 반추가 순차적으로 매개하였 다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.
