As the pace of entry into an aging society progresses rapidly, the importance of health care is being emphasized along with the increase in the elderly population. In particular, the physical and mental health of the elderly continuously changes, and their medical accessibility and lifestyle patterns differ depending on their living environment. For the health problems of the elderly, prevention and continuous management are essential beyond simple disease treatment. However, current healthcare services are provided in a standardized manner, and in many cases, they do not sufficiently reflect the living environment and characteristics of individual elderly people. Therefore, in this paper designed a healthcare service model that is friendly to the elderly based on the living space of the elderly. To this end, we reflected health monitoring and abnormal symptom prediction services based on big data analysis that consider the living environment. In addition, we designed content through an integrated analysis algorithm for elderly life care. Finally, we designed a commercial business model that is responsive to service demanders.

고령화 사회로의 진입 속도가 빠르게 진행됨에 따라, 노인 인구의 증가와 함께 건강 관리의 중요성이 강조 되고 있다. 특히, 고령자는 신체적·정신적 건강 상태가 지속적으로 변화하며, 거주 환경에 따라 의료 접근성과 생활 패턴이 다르게 나타나고 있다. 고령자의 건강 문제는 단순한 질병 치료를 넘어 예방 및 지속적인 관리가 필수적이다. 하지만 현재의 헬스케어 서비스는 표준화된 방식으로 제공되며, 개별 고령자의 생활환경과 특성을 충분히 반영 하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 고령자의 거주 공간에 기반하여 고령 친화적인 헬스케어 서비스 모델을 설계하였다. 이를 위해, 주거환경을 고려한 빅데이터 분석 기반 건강 모니터링 및 이상 징후 예측 서비스를 반영하였다. 또한, 고령자 라이프케어 통합분석 알고리즘을 통한 콘텐츠를 설계하였으며, 마지막으로, 서비스 수요 자 체감형 상용 비즈니스 모델을 설계하였다.
