The purpose of this study was to find the effects of ethical sensitivity, critical thinking disposition, and nursing informatics competency on artificial intelligence(AI) ethical awareness of nursing students. The survey was performed on 153 nursing students in two universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaires and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 26.0 program. Study findings revealed that AI ethical awareness was significantly correlated with ethical sensitivity (r=.17, p=.036), and critical thinking disposition (r=.25, p=.002). The factors that had the influences on AI ethical awareness were critical thinking disposition(β=.21, p=.010). And the explanation power of the regression model appeared as being 5.8%(F=5.71, p=.004). Through this study, it was confirmed that it is necessary to develop a systematic AI ethics education program that considers ethical sensitivity and critical thinking disposition in order to cultivate artificial intelligence ethical awareness of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 윤리적 민감성, 비판적 사고성향 및 간호정보역량을 조사하고, 이들이 인공지능 윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 2개의 대학에 재학 중인 153명이었고, 구조화된 설문지를 통해 수집 된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수 및 multiple regression을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 인공지 능 윤리의식은 윤리적 민감성(r=.17, p=.036), 비판적 사고성향(r=.25, p=.002)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 인공지능 윤리의 식에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 회귀모형은 유의한 것으로 나타났고(F=5.71, p=.004), 비판적 사고성향(β=.21, p=.010)이 인공지능 윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 나타났으며, 회귀모형의 설명력은 5.8%이었다. 본 연구를 통해 간호대학 생의 인공지능 윤리의식을 함양하기 위해 윤리적 민감성과 비판적 사고성향을 고려한 체계적 AI 윤리교육 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.
