This study is a descriptive correlational study to identify the factors influencing professional socialization that socialize professional roles and have a positive image of the profession. Data were collected from 133 nursing students with clinical practice experience using a self-administered questionnaire from October 1 to October 31, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS/Win 25.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The research results confirmed that the social responsibility and professional identity of nursing students were influential factors in professional socialization, and the explanatory power for professional socialization was 69.8%. In conclusion, in order to improve professional socialization of nursing students, who play an important role in their growth as nurses, it is thought that educational programs that can enhance social responsibility and professional identity considering the grade from the time of admission to the nursing department should be developed and applied.

본 연구는 직업적인 역할을 사회화하고 직업에 대한 긍정적인 이미지를 가지도록 하는 전문직 사회화 영향요인을 확 인하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 조사연구이다. 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생 133명을 대상으로 2024년 10월 1일부터 10 월 31일까지 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS/Win 25.0을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계와 다중회귀분석방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 사회적 책임과 전 문직 정체성이 전문직 사회화 영향요인임을 확인하였으며, 전문직 사회화에 대한 설명력은 69.8%로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호사로써 성장하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 간호대학생의 전문직 사회화 향상을 위해서는 간호학과 입학시기부터 학년을 고 려한 사회적 책임과 전문직 정체성을 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.
